Presenting your business plan executive summary to the professional advisors at Open Court requires the following:

1. Location – Your business and/or your residence must be located in Berks, Carbon, Lackawanna, Lehigh, Luzerne, Monroe, Northampton, Pike or Wayne counties.
2. Plan – You need to create a business plan executive summary using the Open Court Business Plan Executive Summary PowerPoint^® template. This plan must be complete and thorough for you to qualify for presentation and must be in our format.

   If you have not already developed a business plan please be aware that you will need to:

   • Understand your value proposition, and what makes your company or idea unique
   • Establish revenues and costs so that you can determine your funding requirements
   • Create a balance sheet and a capital requirements list
   • Know who your customers are, how large the market is, and what portion of that market you intend to capture
   • Define who your competitors are, what their market share is, and how you compare to them in pricing and product deliverables
   • Understand the greatest risks you face
   • Create a marketing or go-to-market strategy and understand the costs involved to do so
3. Apply – File our online application below and upload your Executive Business Plan Summary.
